These Terms govern your use of artistsinworld.com ("the Platform"). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information. Profiles for anyone under 18 must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian.

2. Profile review

All talent profiles, recruiter accounts, vendor accounts, rental listings and casting calls are reviewed by our team, who may approve, reject or remove content at their discretion.

3. Contact through admin

Talent and vendor contact details are never published. All contact requests and rental orders are coordinated by Artists In World. Users must not attempt to bypass this process or misuse contact details shared with them.

4. Content

You confirm you own or have the rights to all photos, videos and text you upload, and grant Artists In World a licence to display them on the Platform. Uploaded images are watermarked.

5. Rentals

Rental equipment is provided by independent vendors. Prices, deposits and terms are confirmed by our desk before an order is accepted.

6. Conduct

Harassment, fraudulent casting calls, requests for payment from talent for auditions, and misuse of minors' profiles are strictly prohibited and will lead to removal.

7. Liability

Artists In World is a directory and coordination service and is not a party to agreements between talent, recruiters and vendors.
